Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Proactively address guest concerns and resolve issues with discretion
- Monitor property security protocols and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Complete nightly financial reconciliations and report documentation
- Uphold brand standards through personalized guest interactions
- Maintain accurate records using hotel management systems
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera/Micros) strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina hospitality or security certification (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
