Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Stock and replenish amenities, linens, and supplies according to brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest feedback promptly to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists to ensure quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
