Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and handle payment transactions
- Balance daily accounts and prepare accurate financial reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and safeguard hotel assets
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Update reservation systems and manage room availability
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night shift experience required
- Proficient in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality degree preferred)
