Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails promptly.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments and manage reservations accurately using hotel software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
- Support special events and promotional activities within the hotel.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
