Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assisting with front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Performing general cleaning duties to maintain a pristine hotel environment.
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person promptly.
- Assisting with housekeeping requests and amenities restocking.
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
