Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including answering inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Support banquet and event staff during large functions.
- Handle luggage for arriving and departing guests.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
