Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Stock and maintain room amenities, linens, and supplies
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to strict cleanliness protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Provide exceptional service to guests during room preparation
- Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Cleaning certification a plus
