Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and reservation management
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Perform daily room status updates and coordinate with housekeeping for efficient turnover
- Operate property management systems (PMS) and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and common areas
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling during peak hours
- Collaborate with security team for guest safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in hotel/retail environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, StayNTouch) or willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for cash handling and reporting
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license for valet duties (if applicable)
