Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival at the front desk.
- Check-In/Out: Assist guests with the registration process, including verifying identification and processing payments.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Operations Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with lobby maintenance to ensure a pristine environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Sales Support: Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and special packages to increase guest engagement.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude over experience. Full training is provided for all new hires.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
