Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive front desk operations, check-in/check-out processes, and personalized assistance
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with meticulous attention to cleanliness and hotel standards
- Process reservations, manage billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
