Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Support front desk operations, including check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls and direct messages to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services to ensure guest comfort.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms are prepared and ready for arrival.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not required.
- No prior experience in the hospitality industry is necessary. We teach you everything you need to know.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
