Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests entering the hotel lobby.
- Guest Assistance: Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist guests with inquiries, directions, and local recommendations.
- Room Preparation: Support the housekeeping team by stocking amenities, cleaning common areas, and preparing rooms for new arrivals.
- Front Desk Support: Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Event Support: Assist with setting up for daily breakfast buffets and special events as needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the lobby, restrooms, and public areas are spotless and well-presented at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for all new hires.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not mandatory.
