Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk service, including warm greetings and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and poise.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and concierge services to enhance their stay.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and front desk.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
- Assist with special events and group check-ins as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
