Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, check-in/check-out procedures, and reservation management
- Maintain pristine room standards through efficient housekeeping and deep-cleaning protocols
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak hours and event coverage
- Operate hotel systems including POS, reservation software, and communication tools
- Ensure safety compliance and emergency response readiness during assigned shifts
- Support hotel operations with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (for va/shuttle roles)
- Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
