Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless guest check-in/check-out experiences with attention to detail
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal occupancy
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and anticipate service needs
- Operate point-of-sale systems for transactions and process payments
- Perform nightly audits and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with valet services and manage guest vehicle logistics
- Uphold safety protocols during emergency situations and severe weather
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Previous hotel or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts: nights, weekends, holidays required
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Florida driver's license for valet duties
