Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Assist with concierge requests, such as restaurant reservations and local transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and balance daily cash drawers accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software is a plus.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a "guest-first" attitude.
