Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Manage room reservations and coordinate housekeeping requests

- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams for property safety
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
