Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and guest activities during peak seasons
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Support revenue-generating initiatives through upselling and local recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of PMS systems (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if driving duties assigned)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
