Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out counters with warm professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accurate information
- Maintain pristine hotel public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and elevator areas
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services for arriving/departing guests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer transactions accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and implement operational procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual candidates a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficient with basic computer systems and reservation software
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization in the United States
