Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using hotel systems
- Assist with luggage transportation and room preparation
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain pristine public areas (lobbies, restrooms, etc.)
- Collaborate with housekeeping and security teams
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train everyone!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid Pennsylvania ID or driver's license
