Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment based on guest preferences
- Coordinate transportation arrangements including taxis, rideshares, and tour bookings
- Process guest requests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed knowledge of New Orleans events, festivals, and seasonal highlights
- Assist with VIP guest arrivals and special occasion arrangements
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans geography and attractions
- Positive attitude and passion for creating memorable experiences
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
