Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions
- Arrange transportation, tours, and special guest requests
- Manage reservation systems and coordinate with hotel departments
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Miami Beach events and promotions
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes when needed
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera experience a plus)
- Knowledge of Miami area attractions and culture
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
