Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance with local recommendations, reservations, and transportation
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Coordinate VIP services including event tickets and exclusive experiences
- Maintain detailed knowledge of NYC attractions, dining, and cultural events
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams for seamless service
- Handle billing inquiries and process guest payments accurately

Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of New York City attractions and services
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Fluency in English; multilingual candidates preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid NYC work permit and clean background check
