Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient arrival experience.
- Manage reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling accommodations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.
- Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience in Detroit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
