Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process and a memorable first impression.
- Process check-outs, handle payments, and manage room keys efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, local attractions, and hotel amenities.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Upsell rooms and services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel software quickly.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
