- Manage reservations, room assignments, and key distribution systems
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to team success
Qualifications
