Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phone inquiries.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy.
- Maintain the lobby and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
