Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Deep clean common areas, lobbies, and public restrooms to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards for chemical handling
- Provide courteous guest assistance during room service and special requests
- Complete daily inspection checklists and maintain accurate cleaning logs
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Texas ID or work authorization
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown San Antonio location
