Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming phone lines and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and resolve minor billing discrepancies.
- Monitor the lobby and exterior areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Provide directions, make dinner reservations, and assist with local recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and point-of-sale systems.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
