Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Change linens, towels, and amenities while maintaining inventory control
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Follow safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness and guest requests
- Train new housekeeping staff on operational standards
- Manage cleaning supply inventory and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Valid COVID-19 vaccination status and health certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
