Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Maintain pristine condition of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Deep clean special areas including conference rooms, fitness centers, and dining spaces
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainability standards for chemical usage
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments
- Collaborate with room service and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
