Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly and assisting with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in common areas and guest rooms.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and answering phones.
- Handle luggage, valet services, and assist with transportation coordination.
- Monitor property security and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide full training.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is required for valet or parking positions.
