Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest stay.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, and transportation services as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, public areas, and specific work stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of facility upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- A professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software is preferred.
