Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In & Check-Out: Manage the front desk operations efficiently, processing reservations, issuing keys, and ensuring accurate billing.
- Shift Leadership: Assist in supervising front desk operations during your shift, ensuring all protocols are followed and safety standards are met.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace and professionalism to enhance the guest experience.
- Housekeeping Liaison: Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure room readiness and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate logs, manage mail, and assist with inventory management as required.
- Flexible Availability: Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling transactions and administrative details.
- Professional Appearance: Maintains a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Software Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) are a plus.
