Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and check-in guests warmly, ensuring a smooth arrival experience while addressing any immediate needs or inquiries.
- Shift Management: Oversee the front desk operations during your shift, ensuring all security protocols and safety measures are strictly followed.
- Reservations & Communication: Manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally, updating reservation systems accurately in real-time.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or requests with patience and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the Manager when necessary.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby, public areas, and the reception desk to uphold our high standards of hospitality.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions at the end of the shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A positive attitude, high energy, and a professional appearance.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
