Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out service during assigned shifts
- Manage room assignments and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Operate hotel management systems and process payments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Monitor security protocols and ensure lobby safety standards
- Assist with event setup and guest concierge services
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable
