Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct nightly room inspections and ensure all amenities are stocked and pristine.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, hallways, and public areas.
- Assist housekeeping staff with turnover rooms during peak occupancy periods.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hotel operations, front desk, or housekeeping is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting moderate amounts of weight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and hotel management software is preferred.
