Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently using PMS systems
- Manage room assignments and coordinate housekeeping services
- Assist with dining reservations and serve restaurant patrons
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness standards across public areas and facilities
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shifts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid California food handler certification preferred
- Fluent in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
