- Prepare and maintain clean, sanitized guest rooms to brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Assist with luggage and valet services during peak hours
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Monitor security protocols and report suspicious activities
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
Qualifications
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license if operating hotel vehicles
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
