Responsibilities
- Provide attentive guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Assist with luggage handling and guest inquiries
- Monitor and maintain public areas for cleanliness and safety
- Operate point-of-sale systems for transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and emergencies
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal work authorization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy and cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Nevada Gaming License (will assist with application)
