Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at front desk, check-in/check-out processes, and reservation management
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas following brand standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Manage cash handling and POS systems accurately
- Support hotel operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent required
