Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests in all front desk and guest-facing areas
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints promptly
- Assist with room status management and coordinate with housekeeping team
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if required for position)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
