Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly

- Process payments and manage cash handling
- Operate hotel property management systems
- Assist with event setup and guest transportation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
