Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests
- Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel software
- Manage guest requests and resolve inquiries promptly
- Stock and maintain public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams

Qualifications
- No prior experience required - training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
