Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge functions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel software systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas exceeding brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Support special events and VIP guest experiences during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for shuttle duties)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
