Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and managing room keys using our property management system (PMS).
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status and maintenance needs to the housekeeping team to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations, arrange transportation, and assist with special requests such as restaurant reservations or event tickets.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby and surrounding areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, maintain accurate logs of guest interactions, and assist with lobby organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts, including nights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs), and move quickly between departments.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a background check clearance.
