Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Perform daily inspections of public areas and guest rooms
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
