Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Perform thorough room cleaning and maintenance to exceed quality standards
- Assist with valet parking, luggage handling, and concierge services
- Manage inventory for amenities and supplies across guest areas
- Collaborate with team during peak hours and shift transitions
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Colorado driver's license if valet duties assigned
