Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering inquiries, handling reservations, and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation assistance.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby, public areas, and front desk.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
- Assist in organizing special events and maintaining accurate daily logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
