Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences and prompt issue resolution
- Manage room reservations, inventory, and billing systems with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and provide local recommendations for attractions and dining
- Execute upselling strategies for premium rooms and hotel amenities
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest data and financial transactions
- Participate in daily briefings and continuous training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia tourism landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent required
